More Big Boy Photos

Oh the difference between a first child who is a girl and a second child who is a boy. Kellen is Mr. Laid Back! He is not quite pulling himself up on things yet but holds on pretty well... the tongue definitely helps the stability!

Big Boy Coat

Kellen got a new car seat, so now he gets to wear his big boy coat. It's actually a 12-month coat, but we're thinking he'll probably be able to wear it next year, too! He liked the coat at that point, but now he is not too fond of it anymore.

He does like to eat it, though.

Cheerleading and Swimming

Lately, one of Campbell's favorite things is cheerleading. Her older cousins are Upwards Basketball cheerleaders, so she just thinks it's the greatest things... "D-d-dribble it. Whoo!" This infatuation is killing Liv on the inside, but she is trying to encourage Campbell as much as she can. Much prayer is needed in this regard!!!

Maggie and Allie sure are great cheerleaders, though! We enjoyed watching them cheer.
Kellen really does seem to enjoy the action of the game and cheered loudly.

After naptime, we then went swimming at the Y. The kids seemed to enjoy it, although Kellen didn't last very long in the cool water.

What a fun-filled day we had!

Aunt Weno's Family Fun Night 2010

Aunt Weno hosted her annual fun night, complete with Christmas bingo and lots of laughs with Andy's cousins from Boston. It was lots of fun and included a reading of the Christmas story by Uncle Ray. Kellen and Campbell listened intently.

The kids got special bath towels from Auntie Arlene and Uncle Ray. Kellen insisted on being wrapped up in his bee, and he didn't rest until he got it perfect.

Cootie Bug

Campbell got the game Cootie Bug for Christmas. Now, at least a couple times a week, we play it in the evening. The funny thing is, Campbell always builds the exact same Cootie Bug... dark pink body and head, girlie eyes, hair bow, etc. She gets upset if you try to take the body parts she wants, which we're using to teach her how to share :)

A Night Away in Bloomington

This is the lone picture we took of the adults only overnight we had in Bloomington, IN, with two other couples. It was so fun to get away with our friends for the night, and we even got to watch the game in an old favorite hang-out for the ones who attended IU. This is a picture of Danelle, Liv, and Steph.
