Kellen's 1st Birthday, Part IV

Miss Lily spent the night with us (and her parents, too!), so we got some good pictures of the kids in the morning. The only shot where all the kids were smiling.

After brunch at our favorite spot, Willie's Cozy Nook, we got the kids naked and had bathtime! Lily's daddy had some problems with his little girl taking a bath with a boy, but he finally caved :)

Here's Kellen's first birthday cake. We had the same cake for the family party, too, but it got left in Mimi & PawPaw's garage... and the dog ate part of it. Thankfully, we were able to salvage almost all of it, but he did get Kellen's personal cake.

Kellen's 1st Birthday, Part III

We had Kellen's big birthday party today for both sides of the family. We had to get a pose of the birthday boy and his big sis.

Uncle JJ got Kellen a Nebraska football jersey for his birthday. Of course, we had to take a picture of the two of them wearing their Nebraska clothes.

After the big party, Lily and her mommy and daddy came back to have a party. The two little ones stayed up late playing together.

Kellen's 1st Birthday, Part II

After a dinner out, Mimi and PawPaw came back for some ice cream and pound cake. Kellen loved the second dose of cake and ice cream for the day.

Kellen's 1st Birthday, Part I

Kellen turns one today, and they threw him a big party at school with a crown, cake, and lots of friends! Campbell's class came down to sing "Happy Birthday." Also, lots of family were there, too: Daddy, Mommy, MeMaw, Aunt Weno, Uncle Ry, Leda, Mimi, and PawPaw. The boy is definitely loved!

After all of that, a bath was necessary to get all the blue icing out of every nook and cranny... nostrils, eyes, etc. He didn't like the bath, either.
