Happy Birthday, Lily!

We traveled to Dayton to help celebrate Lily McAlpine's 1st birthday. Her actual birthday was 4/7, but she wanted to wait till her grandparents got home from their vacation to have her big party. She got a great little rocker from her Memaw, and she loves it!

Happy Birthday, Lily! You are a wonderfully, sweet little girl who has great parents!!! We just wish we could see you more often!

1st Tennis Lesson

Today was the big day... first day of tennis lessons for Campbell. She was sporting her IU sweatsuit and ready to go! It was a little surreal for Mom as this was the place where she had her first group tennis lesson. It seemed like it was just yesterday not 20+ years earlier!

Family Tennis

We signed Campbell up for tennis lessons for 3-5 year olds through Fort Wayne Parks and Recs. So, we thought we'd take the family for a trial run on the courts. Kellen was ready to give it a try, too.

The end result was Campbell spent more time being our ballgirl than actually playing. We tried to teach her some things, but she was not really that interested. Oh well, at least we got some good practice in!

She definitely liked being out in the fresh air.

A Bithday Party and a Pony Ride

Campbell and Kellen were very helpful as Daddy cleaned out our TV cabinet.

Later that morning we went to birthday party at a friend's house. The birthday girl loves My Little Pony, so her parent's got a pony and some other farm animals to come over for the kids.

Campbell thought it was so much fun!

Kellen even got a short ride with his sister holding on to him for dear life.

New Hair Cut

It took a little bit, but Andy was finally convinced that it was time to cut Campbell's hair. With the nicer weather fast approaching, we knew that it would only be a matter of time before she was out on the playground... and the short hair will make it easier to wash the sand from her hair. As you can see in the background, Andy was still a little hesitant when the time came to actually cut it.

Easter 2010

After a late night the night before, we were up early in the Warner house for Easter Sunday. Kellen got all dressed up for the big day. He loves his PePaw's rocker.

The kids loved their Easter baskets.
Of course, we had to get them Butler t-shirts from the big game.

Kellen practiced this new trick a lot the day before with Mimi and PawPaw. He got pretty good!

GO BUTLER BULLDOGS!!!

After the Butler Bulldogs made the Final Four, we decided that it was a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to Indy to cheer them on. So, we dropped the kids off early Saturday morning at Mimi & PawPaw's house. They were thrilled to spend time with their grandparents, and we were thrilled to be able to go down to cheer on the Dawgs! Of course, we all had to have our Butler gear on.

The first stop was the Butler campus. This is the Million $ Donor exhibit on campus, of which Indiana Stamp sold them the bronze plaques.

We met some of Liv's college friends for lunch. It was great to see everyone again and lunch was DELICIOUS!

We enjoyed every minute of the game!

And even though the team didn't win the championship, we are so proud of the team and Liv is so proud to be an alumni!
